1. Download the software https://downloads.ekmglobal.com/tools/hp-mps-onboarding , run it and click on Discover & Connect.
2. Click on your options between Single Device, Bulk Upload Devices, IP Range Discovery or WS* Directory (You can download template for Bulk upload)
Click on Discover
3. Click on all printers required to be added(Non HP printers will not be selectable)
Input SNMPv3 details if required
Click on Next
4. Click on Is your device behind proxy if you have a proxy
Click on Does device need admin credentials and input details
Click on Next
5 . Click on Start
6. Click on all printers required to be added(Non HP printers will not be selectable)
Click on Export
7. Save the file.(Do not edit the file as it will fail)
Email the file to the person requesting the file, if not sure email it to vrfm@visionplc.co.uk
